Okay now, girl-to-girl..don’t we all want a perfect skin easily? I know right! Basically we all long for that quick-fix or a phantasmagorical moment where our skin magically transcends into our dream skin with out having to put enough effort! Glowing skin is a topic about which I have discussed lots of time, and today I am going to discuss it again, however this time I am going tell you about simple tips and tricks that can purify skin. Hi everyone, my name is Zarnigar, I am 16 and from Peshawar Pakistan. Recently I wrote a blog in which I gave recipes for facial with ingredients available at home. In case you want to do skincare at home you guys should definitely check that out. Now let’s have a look on the simple yet best tricks and tips for a perfect skin.
1) LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER
I know you all know about drinking a lot of water and you all have heard about this several times. But do you even follow this? I know most of you guys don’t. Water has numerous functions in our body and numerous benefits for our skin and body too. Water cleanses your skin as it flushes toxins out of your body.
It makes your skin feel hydrated and the more hydrated you stay the fewer wrinkles and fine lines will appear on your face. Water also helps skin maintain its moisture.
Simply take a water bottle and sip on it throughout the day so you don’t have a reason for not drinking enough water.

2) EATING FRUITS
I have written a whole blog on fruits that are good for skin and I am again telling you to eat lots of fruits. Fruits are hydrating, rich in vitamins and minerals, and contain antioxidants. Fruits help in production of collagen and nourishing skin. Fruits rich in antioxidants fight against acne, pimples, and prevent wrinkles. I myself enjoy eating fruits and it helps my skin look fresh and young.

3) SLEEP WELL
Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is recommended which mostly we don’t follow. Lack of sleep can ruin our skin, it can increases wrinkle production and blackheads. When we sleep well our hormones are balanced that helps our skin look perfect. Sleeping well strengthens our skin. Keep in mind that time does not matter, just remember to have a good quality 8 hours sleep.
4) MANAGING YOUR STRESS
Don’t let stress affect your skin’s beauty. Stress causes your body to make hormones like cortisol, due to which our glands in skin make more oil. Oily skin is more likely to get skin problems such as acne. It makes your skin look dark and dull. Stress management is not only necessary for our skin beauty, it is also very important for your overall health. There are several ways to manage stress, so try out which one works best for you.
5) USE GOOD QUALITY PRODUCTS
We all love make up, but using good make up products is very important. Nowadays there are several brands that are making fake make up products that are not only cheap, but they are extremely bad for your skin. It’s always necessary to buy make up from a good shop that is well known to you for quality and genuine products. It is not only important in case of makeup it is important for skin care products too.
6) CLEAN YOUR SKIN
Always take good care of your skin. Use face mask at least once in a week. Try using a good quality face wash that suits your skin perfectly. Always remember to remove your make up before sleeping, use a good make up remover or olive/coconut oil. Try to have a good skin care routine as it really helps your skin to look young and to glow.

7) USE A MOISTURIZER AND SUNSCREEN
Moisturizing is important step to maintain your skin’s healthy cells and to protect it from irritation. Moisturizing can reduce chances of any skin problems.
Sunscreen protects your skin’s from UV rays that can damage your skin. It protects sensitive skin against sunburns and helps maintain a smoother and even skin tone.
