Having glowing skin is a dream of several people, to fulfil this dream we do a lot of skin care routines that include several chemical face masks face washes scrubs, although all of these products are good for skin care routines but including fruits in our diet can have tremendous effect on our skin. Fruits not only taste good they can make our skin glow too. Glowing skin requires vitamins and minerals, and fruits are a great source of taking vitamins and minerals. Here are my top 6 favorite fruits that can be eaten raw or can be applied on skin as scrubs or face masks.
- ORANGES

Oranges are packed with vitamin C and Vitamin C plays a big role in production of collagen, that makes several body parts including skin. Oranges also fight against acne to give you a clear skin. Face masks made of oranges remove tan and prevent wrinkles.
2. Papaya

Another tasty yet healthy fruit for glowing skin in my list is papaya. Papaya is well known for removing pigmentation and blemishes from skin. Papaya contains an enzyme called papain that helps to remove blackness from dermis and can give a healthy and fair skin.
3. MANGO

Mangoes are one of the most tasty fruits and seriously no one can hate them. They are rich in vitamin A and Beta-Carotene. Eating them raw or applying their face mask can make your dull skin glow and shiny. Mangoes are a great way to diminish fine lines and wrinkles. They lighten your skin and should be included in our diet.
4. POMEGRANATE

Pomegranates can make someone look as beautiful as their beautiful red color. They are rich in antioxidants , can cure inflammation helps in digestion and make your skin look attractive. They also have vitamin C and B5 that means they should definitely be in our diet if we want to have a healthy skin and a healthy body. Pomegranate juice is considered to be one of the healthiest yet delicious juice.
5. WATERMELON

One of the best low calorie fruit that plays a greatest role in weight loss is watermelon. Watermelons contain a lot of water that helps our skin to stay hydrated and look fresh. They are also rich in vitamin E , antioxidants and several other nutrients that are essential for our body. Consuming watermelon is one of the greatest things one can do for its body.
6) MELONS

Another great low calorie fruit that is also rich in water content is melon. Melons are one the most delicious fruits that can satisfy cravings for sweets easily. They can make your skin look young and can also have a brightening effect on skin. Melons are rich in vitamin A vitamin B and vitamin C all of these vitamins are very important in order to have a beautiful skin.
